Knowing what we’re doing and why we’re doing it, truly sets the course for our lives. In January's Webinar ‘Living With Intention’, we'll be looking at living a life of intention and how it can help lower stress, create more joy and contentment, enhance performance/productivity and increase your overall quality of life in the present moment.

This 90 minute session will teach you how to start embodying intentional living through connecting to your guiding principles, moving you closer to how you truly want show up and be in this world. Please join us as we discuss these 4 key topics. You can sign up for either 90 minute session.

1) A guiding principle of how you want to show up and be in the world.

In order to live with intention, we must establish a guiding principle or north star that keeps us on the path to becoming the best version of ourselves.

This can be established through the use of a morning ritual that sets your intention for each day and aligns you with who you want to become as a person. You may also consider writing out some sort of guiding principles or values on index cards, which will serve as helpful reminders throughout the year (and hopefully beyond). with how we want to be, live and show up in the world.

We will discuss living an intentional life while being present and living our values, connecting to what matters most to us, living authentically while being humble enough to learn from others who have different perspectives than ours.

2) Something you want to align within your life

When our backs are out of alignment many of us go to a chiropractor to get them adjusted. In the same way, living out of alignment and in contrast to our values can create inner conflict.

Living with intention means bringing greater awareness to what our values are and aiming to embody those values each and everyday. When we align our actions with those values this creates a greater sense of purpose, ease and flow that starts to manifest in all areas of our life.

3) An aim, purpose, or attitude you would be proud to commit to.

Do you have an image of what the best version of you looks and feels like? Living with intention will help you align your life around that vision of who you want to become.

Everyone has something they would be proud of committing to. Living the best version of ourselves means embodying these values and doing it in a way that feels true to our core.

4) Intentions are more focused on the present moment.

The past is history, the future is unknown, the present is a gift.

Living with intention is living each moment purposefully and with presence.

It means living without regrets, living what you are doing now to the fullest extent possible, being present in the moment, and not dwelling on past mistakes or worrying about future outcomes. Living a life of intention also includes living authentically by being true to ourselves.
