As an mPEAK trained coach (Mindfulness, Performance Enhancement, Awareness & Knowledge program) I work with athletes, business professionals, performers, first responders…etc integrating the mPEAK program helping individuals and groups achieve peak performance and well-being. The foundation of this mindfulness coaching program, which launched in 2014 out of the University of California San Diego is based on the highly respected and empirically supported MBSR program (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). It also incorporates elements of sport psychology, positive psychology and specific exercises base on the most recent brain science regarding optimal performance. Having played and coached at the NCAA Division I hockey level for eight years and also having experienced a highly competitive corporate sales position, I am well versed in what it takes on all levels to attain and sustain peak levels of performance. The mPEAK coaching program through mental training teaches you how to be fully in the present moment while tapping into your natural skills, abilities and training that can help bring your performance and well-being to another level.
